The $15 million program, in conjunction with <a href="http://governor.mo.gov/newsroom/2012/Gov_Nixon_announces_nearly_18_million_for_career_education_in_advanced_manufacturing_public_safety" target="_blank">MOManufacturingWINs</a>, provides specialized training.
