Lucky’s Market is expected to create about 100 jobs with its new shop in the old Osco Drug building. Aside from possibly creating about 100 jobs, the opening of the grocery store fills another need in Columbia.</p><p>According to Luis Zamora, Southwest Regional Director of U.S. Department of Agriculture, Columbia’s considered to have limited grocery options.
