Details of the arrest were not immediately released.</p><p>Copelin is charged with second-degree murder in the Jan. 2 killing of 23-year-old Dontay Wilson at a Columbia apartment, in what police described as a drug deal gone bad. Bustamante was 15 at the time.</p><p>Bustamante's attorney contends the teen's due process rights were violated and that she faced cruel and unusual punishment.
