The vice-chair prosecuting attorney for Moniteau County, Shayne Healea of California, Mo. was arrested Saturday night in Columbia after he allegedly backed his Ford F-150 into a glass wall of Addison's Grill.

The crash on Saturday night sprayed glass about 20 feet into the restaurant, sending four people to University Hospital.

Healea, 36, was released from Boone Country Jail after posting a bond of $22,500. He has been charged with fleeing the scene of an accident, and four counts of second-degree assault.

Addison's co-owner Matt Jenne  said that the restaurant was able to clear the debris on Saturday night, and re-opened at their regular time for business on Sunday. But he said the crash on Saturday shook up his staff.

"We're traumatized that people were injured in our restaurant, and that really is our primary concern," Jenne said. "But we're also thankful for the outpouring of support that we've received from our customers and from our friends and family."

Healea, in a statement he released Sunday morning, says that he wasn't aware that he backed his truck into the glass. He said he was informed by an individual less than a block away from the scene and he then returned to Addison's and identified himself to the police as the driver

Columbia police said that a DWI investigation was completed on Saturday and they are currently waiting for the blood test results to come back.
