A man died after jumping off the parking garage at 5th and Walnut in Columbia Thursday morning.
The identity of the man is not being released, pending notification of his family. Columbia Police say based on a witness’s report and video from the garage, it appears clear that the man did jump from the garage.
This is the second incident at this garage – a woman died after jumping last year.
