Today Paul Pepper welcomes back local storyteller LARRY BROWN, who tells us about "a shadow that falls on September 17th." What is "the shadow?" Larry tells us that on Constitution Day, the shadow from the Washington Monument will fall on the steps of the Capitol Building, and that's not the only landmark it's known to touch throughout the year.
