  Welcome to another edition of Maplewood Barn Radio Theatre. In this episode, we bring you a classic story called "Xingu," by Edith Wharton. It was first published in 1916. 

The story involves a book club, founded by a woman who always preferred to pursue culture in a group setting. Joining this woman are several other huntresses of erudition. That is where our story begins.
