The Church of the Resurrection Downtown is the first completely new church to be built downtown in more than a century, and is just one property development in that part of town making news. Today, we learned about a few of these projects and proposals, which could revitalize the West Bottoms, the intersection at Troost and Armour, and the Barney Allis Plaza.
