A proposal to cut state income taxes in Missouri for both individuals and businesses is on its way to Governor Jay Nixon (D).
Missouri House members have approved a trio of measures that would reduce taxes for some businesses.
Among the many ideas being floated in Jefferson City for next year is a proposal to do away with the state’s income tax. State Senator Chuck Purgason is sponsoring the legislation.
