A television ad showing Republican candidate Eric Greitens shooting a gun is running in rural areas, such as Cape Girardeau. Viewers in Kansas City and St. Louis won't see that ad on television, although it's online.
The use of ads offers a glimpse into the candidates' campaign strategies in the final days before the Nov. 8 election. Both are pouring millions of dollars into advertising.
