KBIA wins 16 Heart of America Awards

Kansas City Press Club

KBIA is honored to receive 16 awards from the Kansas City Press Club in its annual Heart of America Awards.  The KC Press Club is the local chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, and the contest honors outstanding journalists from eastern Kansas and western Missouri. The awards were presented at a banquet on the Country Club Plaza in Kansas City on Saturday, July 9th.

KBIA won 9 gold, 4 silver, 2 bronze and 1 honorable mention award:
